摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect a state of a user or a client program on information managed by a presence server even if the user of the client program consciously updates presence information; and to prevent difference from being generated in a relationship annunciated on behalf of the user or a terminal.

SOLUTION: A presence state update means operating with the change of a state as a starting point for annunciating a changed state is provided in a session control server. In addition, a presence information control means for controlling consistency of the annunciated update information is provided on the presence server side.
