<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the transmission of personal information and advertisement information by easily creating a non-contact type IC medium having personal information and advertisement information with a burden on a sponsor side and creating it without the limitation of a time and a place. <P>SOLUTION: This information transmission system has a user terminal provided with an IC reader, a sponsor side terminal 30, an IC writing terminal 40 provided with an IC writer, and the non-contact type IC medium 50.
