<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article information providing system and a method capable of reducing a waiting time when providing information about a related article concerned to the coordination of an article. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with an article tag 5 having a memory 53 recorded with information about basic articles of articles serving as bases, and information about the related articles of articles related to the basic articles, including respective pieces of image information thereof, and for outputting a recorded content in the memory 53 by radio communication, and a display 4 for displaying the information about the basic articles and the related articles including the respective pieces of image information thereof based on the information acquired from the article tag 5 by the radio communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
