<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loan management method capable of efficiently and precisely performing management of a loan, a mail management method, a loan management program, and a mail management program. <P>SOLUTION: A user sets a loan condition by use of a user terminal 10, and transmits it with an electronic signature generated by use of a secret key stored in the user terminal 10. When a loan contract is established, the electronic signature is generated for the contract image data and position data of the user himself/herself. A management computer 21 records this electronic signature in a loan management data storage part 23. When repayment is delayed, the management computer 21 transmits a demand mail. At the time of browsing the demand mail, the user terminal 10 generates the electronic signature by use of the secret key of the user terminal 10 for the acquired position data and opening time data.
