<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an IC-tag-having thermoplastic resin container with an CI tag under a light workload. <P>SOLUTION: After the IC tag 10a is sandwiched between thermoplastic resin sheets 10a and 11a, they are bonded together by heat rolls 12 to form a laminated sheet 13. The laminated sheet 13 is formed into a container by a thermoforming machine 16.
