PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid EHD pump (for example, such liquid EHD pump as usable as a pump for a transformer) capable of providing a high flowing speed while insulation property of an insulating liquid is maintained. SOLUTION: As a liquid in which electrodes 1 and 2 arranged to face each other with a prescribed interval are immersed, the mixed liquid is used in which rapeseed ester oil and hydrofluorocarbon HFC-4310 (rational formula: CF<SB>3</SB>(CHF)<SB>2</SB>C<SB>2</SB>F<SB>5</SB>) are added so that the content of hydrofluorocarbon HFC-4310 is 10 mass %.
