PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp the contents of media contents in a short time by contents description. SOLUTION: As for segments obtained by dividing media contents based on time information, view points, the time information of the segments and the text contents description of the segments are extracted from contents description data applied with text contents description based on a plurality of different view points. A two-dimensional plane with the view points and time information as parameters is created, and the text contents description of the segments is arranged and displayed at positions where the time information of segments on the two-dimensional plane and the view points being the base of the text contents description cross.
