PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixing device capable of reducing the uneven gloss of an image and faulty fixing by securing so sufficient quantity of heat that toner can be melted, preventing color slurring and shortening warm-up time. SOLUTION: The fixing device has an endless fixing belt 41 stretched and laid on a heating roller 43 incorporating a heat source and a tension roller 42, and a pressure roller 45 press-contacting with the heating roller 43 through the belt 41, and fixes an unfixed toner image by making recording material carrying the unfixed toner image pass through a nip part between the belt 41 and the roller 45. The fixing device is provided with the heating roller 43a and the pressure roller 45a which are paired, the heating roller 43b and the pressure roller 45b which are paired, and the heating roller 43c and the pressure roller 45c which are paired in the peripheral length direction of the belt 41.
