PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing apparatus and an analyzing method of gas in an oil, which enables accurate measurement of gas concentration of multi-components dissolved in an oil and immediate diagnosis of the presence or absence of abnormalities with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A heat-resistant adsorptive porous body is used as a filler for a gas separation column 36, and this gas separation column 36 is kept at a predetermined temperature within a range from 70°C to 170°C. Thus, for example, the column temperature is kept at a low temperature, about 70°C, when the gas separation column 36 has a short length of 1 m or shorter, while the column temperature is kept at a high temperature, about 170°C, when the gas separation column 36 has a long length of 2 m or longer, so that the gas mixture of multi-components can be completely separated into individual single gas components for a short time. Further, a semiconductor sensor 38 is used as a sensor for detecting the individual single gas components, and this semiconductor sensor 38 is kept at a predetermined temperature within a range from 70°C to 300°C.
