PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a gas outlet valve able to make a release, having an effect to extinguish the flame quickly. SOLUTION: A screw sleeve 31 is installed on a placing table 30. A gas outlet nozzle 32 intrudes from a top opening 311 of the sleeve 31 to near the bottom opening 301 in the placing table 30, and is provided with a flange 321, a protrusion 322, and a hole 323, wherein both the ends of a spring 36 installed on the protrusion 322 are abutted to the protrusion 322 and the adjoining inner walls in the top opening 311 of the sleeve 31. An air-tight packing 37 is installed at an opening 324 in the bottom end of the gas outlet nozzle 32, and a gas outlet pipe 33 is connected with the flange 321. When a lever 35 installed between the flange 321 and the top opening 311 of the sleeve 31 is not depressed, a gap G exists between a shoulder part 325 provided on the gas outlet nozzle 32 and the opening 311 of the sleeve 31.
