PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a variable ejector and ejector cycle by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A refrigerant flow-in port 3a part of the ejector 3 is airtightly connected with the downstream side of a restriction part S1 of a box type expansion valve 5. In this ejector cycle when compared with conventional refrigerating cycle, the ejector 3 constituted by a nozzle 31 and boosting parts 32, 33 is constituted by providing between the box type expansion valve 5 and a first evaporator 4 and connecting with the box type expansion valve 5 to absorb refrigerant flowing out from a second evaporator 6 and boost pressure, and a plurality of the first and second evaporators 4, 6 are operated in different temperature zones. At this time, the ejector 3 can be simply mounted on and dismounted from the box type expansion valve 5 to constitute the variable ejector and ejector cycle by the simple configuration.
