PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing seal effectively coping with displacement in an axial direction. SOLUTION: The bearing seal comprises a seal ring 8 respectively fitted and fixed to one member and the other member of the bearing, a seal body 4, a reinforcing ring 2 with its other end side extending in a direction of the seal ring 8 and an elastic body 3 reinforced by the reinforcing ring 2. The elastic body 3 has a first lip 9 which extends in a direction of the other end side and in a radial direction from the reinforcing ring 2 and contacts with a peripheral wall of a cylindrical portion 5 of the seal ring 8 for sliding when the seal ring 8 and the seal body 4 are installed to the bearing, a second lip 10 which lies on a more inward side than the first lip 9 in the axial direction of the bearing, extends in the other end side direction and in the radial direction from the reinforcing ring 2 and contacts with the peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion 5 of the seal ring 8 for sliding, and a third lip 11a which lies on a more inward side than the second lip 10 in the axial direction of the bearing, extends in the radial direction from the reinforcing ring 2 and contacts with a peripheral wall of a second cylindrical portion 10 of the seal ring 8 for sliding.
