PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing inorganic powder, having excellent workability, and forming an inorganic pattern having excellent pattern form and high adhesiveness, and provide a transfer film obtained from the composition and a method for producing a plasma display panel using the transfer film. SOLUTION: The resin composition containing inorganic powder contains (a) inorganic powder, (b) a binder resin, (c) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (d) a specific photopolymerization initiator.
