PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic less liable to migrate to clothes or the like when a cosmetic film receives physical stimulation such as rubbing, less liable to cause deterioration of the functions with the lapse of time by secretion of sebum and perspiration, less liable to cause color migration, and sustaining these functions. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is obtained by formulating specific amounts of an aqueous polymer (polymer A)having a specific composition, and a fluorine-containing aqueous copolymer (copolymer B) having a specific composition in a specified ratio.
