PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for the rehabilitation exercise of a dog having physical strength diminished by bone fracture or other diseases and enabling the moderate exercise easily by the aid of a keeper. SOLUTION: The base part 43 of a fin 41 made of an elastic cloth is provided with a binding belt 44 extending in one lateral direction, engaging members 46A attached to the front and back faces of the binding belt, a holding belt 48 extending in both lateral directions and an engaging member attached to either the front or the back face of the holding belt 48. The fin 41 is attached to the forefoot or hind foot of a dog with the binding belt 44 and the holding belt 48, and the dog is let to swim by holding the dog in the arm of the keeper.
