PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for treating dog excrement at a low cost, enabling extremely easy attachment, and covered with a plastic bag to prevent the staining of the tool with the excrement and enabling the removal of the plastic bag without staining the hand by folding the stained face of the bag inward. SOLUTION: This picking tool is composed of a fixed ring 1 having a handle and a movable ring 2 longitudinally movable around the base part of the handle. A commercially available plastic bag is put in the lower movable ring 2 in a manner to cover the upper fixed ring. The bag is fixed with two stoppers attached to the tip end of the fixed ring 1 in a manner to clamp the bag with the movable ring. The plastic bag is used in a state dangled from the middle part of both rings, and is removed by pulling the bag downward to fold the outer face inward. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
