PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a reaper stably keeping the weight of the reaper when a reaping height is changed by lifting the reaper without being damaged on grounding the reaper in a self-propelled mower installed with the reaper to be liftably below a machine body. SOLUTION: In the self-propelled mower installed with the reaper 3 movable upward and downward below the machine body 1 through a link mechanism 2 and driving the reaper 3 by moving a drive arm 4 on the side of the machine body 1, the supporting structure for the reaper of the self-propelled mower is installed with an upward movement-permission means 5 for permitting upward translocation of the reaper 3 and a weight reducing means 6 for reducing the weight of the reaper 3 between the drive arm 4 and the reaper 3.
