<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording sheet which is excellent in ink absorbency, and also, has a printing surface hardly damaged by rubbing or pressing, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording sheet has a porous ink accepting layer containing an inorganic particle and a hydrophilic binder on a supporting body. In the inkjet recording sheet, the supporting body has a Taber rigidity in the MD direction based on JIS P8125 of 0.3 to 3.0 mN×m, and also, the hydrophilic binder is a hydrophilic polymeric compound which is crosslinked or polymerized by ionization radiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
