<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler device capable of achieving stable low NOx combustion using pulverized coal, sludge, biomass fuel or the like as fuel, preventing blocking due to generation of dust, and achieving fuel conversion from heavy oil burning to coal burning easily. <P>SOLUTION: This boiler device is provided with a furnace 10 for burning combustion gas generated by combustion of solid fuel, a partial combustion furnace 25 for separating fly ash (melted ash) generated by combustion of solid fuel from combustion gas and injecting combustion gas into the furnace 10 to form main flame, a fuel nozzle 26b for injecting solid fuel into the partial combustion furnace to form auxiliary flame, a heat exchange means 22 for heating air for combustion by combustion exhaust gas extracted from the furnace to such temperature that exceeds ignition temperature of solid fuel to generate high temperature air for fuel and injecting so as to form reduction atmosphere in the vicinity of auxiliary flame, a high temperature air supply means 26a, an air preheating means 15 for generating secondary air for combustion by preheating air for combustion and injecting in the vicinity of main flame, and a secondary air supply means 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
