<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve credibility of a warning sent to a tracker when a tracked person deviates from a predetermined activity range in a system monitoring an activity range of the tracked person. <P>SOLUTION: The predetermined activity range of the tracked person, and a predetermined activity range of an authorized person capable of bearing a responsibility for deviated activity when the tracked person deviates from the predetermined activity range are registered in a database 6 of the activity range monitoring server device 2. In the activity range monitoring server device 2, it is discriminated whether or not a present position of a mobile telephone 1a of the tracked person is within the predetermined activity range, and if it is discriminated that the tracked person has deviated from the predetermined activity range, a distance between the tracked person and the authorized person is calculated on the basis of present positions of the tracked person and the authorized person. When the distance between the two is a predetermined or less, a warning is not set to the tracker since propriety can be recognized in the deviation of the tracked person from the predetermined activity range, and a warning is sent to the tracker only when the distance between the two exceeds the predetermined distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
