PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying method capable of deforming a conveyed article into a predetermined shape in respect of conveyance height or the like while securing smooth conveyance of an input waste material, and to provide a device for it. SOLUTION: This conveying device constitutes a carry-in port with rotating drums 137a and 136d corresponding to the maximum conveyance height of a shredder dust 118, comprises a second conveyor 136 connecting to the rotating drum 136d and a third conveyor 137 disposed while keeping the maximum conveyance height interval from the second conveyor 136, and regulates the conveyance height with the rotating drum 137a of the third conveyor. Using the conveying device, the second conveyor 136 and the third conveyor 137 are synchronously driven at the same speed, and the shredder dust 118 is delivered in the conveyance direction. A rotating plate vehicle 141 for disassembling the shredder dust 118 may be disposed as partial disassembling in a front process part of the carry-in port constituted by the rotating drums 137a and 136d.
