<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail which does not cause pains in the lower part arm even when putting the lower part arm on the flat face of the handrail and putting the body weight thereon. <P>SOLUTION: A handrail 10 is used for an auxiliary tool for walking and fitted to a wall face 12 as an auxiliary tool for rising motion. The handrail is provided with a hand touching part 14 having a flat face 14a on which the lower arm part is put, a grip part 16 formed to protrude downward at the side end part of the wall face side of the hand touching part 14, and a fixing part 18 formed so as to abutting against the wall face 12 at the side end part of the wall face side of the hand touching part 14. In the walking motion or standing up motion of a pedestrian, the lower arm part is put on the flat face 14a of the hand touching part 14 and the body weight is put on it, but since the grip part 16 is protruded from the side end part to the lower side, the grip part 16 is not pressed on the lower arm part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
