<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking apparatus with heater for system kitchen capable of securing the cooking space etc. sufficiently by decreasing a dead space generated between the top plate of the cooking apparatus and its walls or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking apparatus with heater for the system kitchen is configured so that a spatial margin can be given to the top plate in its area as dead space conventionally ranging from a range installing hole to the end in the width direction of a counter, the easiness in handling the cooking apparatus and its surrounding area can be enhanced, and that kitchen utensils such as deep pans etc. be placed thereon.
