PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical reaction cartridge and a treatment device, for removing a trouble of reagent replenishment and an error in the kind of the reagent, preventing the reagent in a chamber from flowing into a flow path or another chamber even by a change in environment or by vibration during storage or transportation, and surely supplying the reagent to a reaction portion in inspection. SOLUTION: A penetrable partition board is provided between the reaction portion, including the chamber and the flow path, and a solution storage portion separated therefrom for storing therein a solution at a position corresponding to the chamber. The partition board is penetrated in order to move the solution from the storage portion to the chamber of the reaction portion. Further, this device comprises a pressurizing means for pressurizing the interior of the chamber to make it easy for the solution to move to the chamber of the reaction portion or a depressurizing means for depressurizing the interior of the chamber where the solution moves.
