PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of dew condensation on at least a side of an indoor machine even when performing ventilation operation. SOLUTION: During operation when room temperature is lower than outside air temperature, a controller 15 obtains dew point temperature Tc of outdoor air based on temperature T2 of outdoor air measured by an outdoor temperature sensor 35 and humidity H2 of outdoor air measured by an outdoor humidity sensor 36 and then compares the dew point temperature Tc with temperature T1 of indoor air measured by an indoor temperature sensor 13. When Tc>T1+α(wherein,α>0), an air supply fan 34 cannot start even if an attempt to supply air is made. During operation when outside air temperature is lower than room temperature, the controller 15 obtains dew point temperature Tc of indoor air based on temperature T1 of indoor air measured by an indoor temperature sensor 13 and humidity H1 of indoor air measured by an indoor humidity sensor 14 and compares the dew point temperature Tc with temperature T2 of outdoor air measured by the outdoor temperature sensor.
