PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating power supply amplifier apparatus the signal band of which is optimized with an input voltage while preventing occurrence of a damage in an amplifier. SOLUTION: A conventional floating power supply amplifier apparatus providing an output, wherein a power supply voltage applied to the amplifier is changed with an output voltage, is improved. The apparatus disclosed herein includes: a feedback circuit for feeding back the input voltage applied to the amplifier to an input band limit circuit on the basis of an output voltage of the amplifier; and the input band limit circuit for placing a limit on the signal band of the input voltage on the basis of an output of the feedback circuit and providing an output to the amplifier.
