PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert coordinate points of the RGB color space of a printer into coordinate points in a CMYK color space for reproducing colors excellent in printing characteristic and having very colorimetric faithfulness approximation and having preferable approximation if it differs, with respect to a color conversion correction definition creating method for creating color definition for converting coordinate points in a color reproduction region into coordinate points in a color reproduction region of printing. SOLUTION: The profile of a virtual device is created with a color reproduction region simulating the color reproduction region of the printer, a first color definition is created for converting the coordinate points in the color reproduction region of the printer in the first RGB color space into the coordinate points in the color reproduction region of the virtual device in a second RGB color space dependent on the virtual device, and a second color conversion definition is created for converting the coordinate points in the color reproduction region of the virtual device in the second RGB color space into the coordinate points in the color reproduction region of printing in the CMYK color space.
