PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit for suppressing a leakage current even if a field effect transistor having a low threshold voltage is used to reduce on-resistance. SOLUTION: Two identical conductivity-type field effect transistors 101, 102 in which a control signal 100 is input to each gate are connected in series between one terminal T1 and the other T2 of the switching circuit, a switch element 105 controlled by the control signal 100 is connected between the source of the transistor 101 and the drain of the transistor 102 and a constant potential point, and the potential of the source of the transistor 101 and the drain of the transistor 102 is fixed to a fixed potential point when the switching circuit is off.
