PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a apparatus for measuring terrestrial digital SFN, capable of measuring weak DU ratio, without causing an error even under a noisy environment, measuring a constellation by extending the measurable delay time, and measuring the MER. SOLUTION: The terrestrial digital SFN measurement apparatus 1 measures an OFDM wave in a terrestrial digital single-frequency network, adopting the OFDM system is provided with a frequency conversion means 3; a synchronization detecting means 5; and a processing means 7, and the processing means 7 includes: a symbol extract power spectrum conversion means 9; a power spectrum averaging means 11; a power spectrum distribution converting means 13; a delay profile converting means 15; a delay time fraction DU ratio error correcting means 17; and a guard interval excess time DU ratio error correcting means 19.
