摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update a correction coefficient value for correcting a laser output command to an oscillator even at the time of prolonged operation to a proper value. SOLUTION: The confirmation of the input of a correction coefficient updating operation starting signal (F1=1) or waiting for the input is carried out by screen operation, keyboard operation, switch operation, the input of an external signal, and the like (S1 and S2). The values of F2 showing whether automatic operation is carried out or not, F3 showing whether a laser beam is output or not, and F4 showing whether a laser beam shutter is in a closed state or an open state are checked. Only in the case of F2=F3=F4=0, a correction coefficient value is set to 1 (S3, S6, S9, and S12). Further, a laser output reference command value is output. After a predetermined time period, update is carried out for obtaining a correction coefficient (S13, S14, and S15). In other cases, a message indicating the reason why correction coefficient updating operation is not started is displayed on an indicator. Flag inversion to F1=0 is carried out.
