PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electromagnetic shielding structure of a substrate for realizing electromagnetic shield by reducing a space in an inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic shielding structure of a substrate is provided with a metallic case body 1 arranged so that one face and side faces of an electromagnetic shield object substrate 2 can be covered, and a base substrate 11 equipped with an internal layer ground plane 4 connected to the metallic case body 1 and arranged on the other face side of the electromagnetic shield object substrate 2. The electromagnetic shielding object substrate 2 is electromagnetically closed by the metallic case body 1 and the base substrate 11. In this electromagnetic shield structure of the substrate, the one face and the side faces of the electromagnetic shield object substrate 2 are covered by the metallic case body 1, and the other face of the electromagnetic shield object substrate 2 is covered by the base substrate 11 whose internal layer is provided with an internal layer ground plane 4 so that it is not necessary to surround the overall surface of the substrate 2 to be shielded by the metallic case body.
