PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution film forming method which does away with a degassing process of dope using no storage tank. SOLUTION: The inner side of a dispersing machine 20 is decompressed by a vacuum pump 21. TAC and a dope stock solution are invested into the dispersing machine 20. The gas content of the dispersion is reduced since the TAC and the dope stock solution are dispersed under reduced pressure. The dispersion is swollen by a swelling machine 34 followed by being subjected to a dope-making machine 37 to produce dope. The dope is sent to a condensing machine 80, condensed and degassed to produce dope of high concentration. The gas content of the dope of high concentration is extremely low. A film 46 is obtained by solution-casting of the dope from a solution casting die 40, drying and cooling it. It is possible to prevent the film property from being deteriorated by a foreign substance or gas since the film is continuously made using no storage tank. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
