PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OCT probe constituted so as to immerse the whole of the OCT probe in a washing liquid and a disinfection liquid without separating a connection part from a coated pipe to automatically wash and disinfect the OCT probe. SOLUTION: The OCT probe for an OCT device is equipped with an OCT part for forming signal light and reference light having slight frequency difference with respect to the signal light and combining the reflected light from an observation region of the signal light and the reference light to acquire an optical tomographic image and has the connection part connected to the OCT part, the coated pipe extended from the connection part and inserted in an endoscope and emitting signal light from its leading end and a cap in which the coated pipe is inserted. The cap is mounted on the case housing at least the connection part therein and the case is hermetically closed in a liquidtight state to protect the connection part housed in the case.
