PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water heating system capable of simplifying a configuration of a control system and simplifying its operation. SOLUTION: This hot-water heating system is provided with a primary side hot-water circulation means 4 including a heat source machine 10 for generating hot water, a secondary side hot-water circulation means 6 including heat radiation equipment 16 for radiating heat of hot water, and a heat exchanger 8 performing heat exchange between hot water flowing in the primary side hot-water circulation means 4 and hot water 6 flowing in a secondary side hot-water circulation flow passage. A temperature sensor 44 is provided in a circulation flow passage 12 of the primary side hot-water circulation means 6. When performing heating operation, the primary side hot-water circulation means 4 is operated based on an operation signal and the secondary side hot-water circulation means 6 is operated based on temperature detected by the temperature sensor 44.
