PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert thermal energy in a natural world into dynamic energy and convert thermal energy in heat circumstances created by human beings other than the natural world into dynamic energy, and provide a configuration for utilizing them as power sources. SOLUTION: Spiral or helical bimetals 1p, 1w, 1s, 1c, 1u are repetitively moved in temperature-different circumstances. As the bimetals 1p, 1w, 1s, 1c, 1u respond themselves to temperature changes and bends their curves, energy of moving their ends winds up a spiral spring or energy of the movement is formed into a circling movement under fixed control to wind up the spiral spring, and it is accumulated as potential energy. As its specific means, a thermal energy accumulating mechanism 21 is loaded in a rotor 23 which is mounted on an energy accumulating mechanism, and the rotor 23 is rotated in a boundary between the temperature-different circumstances.
