PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus with which information as many pieces as possible can be outputted onto the back of an electrophotographic material and the problem of ink transfer is solved. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus outputs image information onto the surface of paper P and additional information onto the back of paper. The image forming apparatus includes: a sticker storage section K1 storing stickers S on which the prescribed additional information is outputted in advance; and a sticking section K2 which takes out each sticker S from the sticker storage section K1 and sticks the sticker to the back of the paper P. The stickers S are such that a long length of sticker on which the pieces of additional information are outputted at prescribed intervals is wound around a roll. A cutter 33 is provided for cutting the long length of sticker taken out of the sticker storage section K1. The sticker S thus cut is stuck to the back of the paper by the sticking section K2.
