PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet developing electrophotographic photoreceptor having prescribed sensitivity over a long period of time and superior in durability and solvent resistance, and also to provide a wet developing image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: In the wet developing electrophotographic photoreceptor provided with a photoreceptor layer on a conductive base substance and the wet developing image forming apparatus provided with the wet developing electrophotographic photoreceptor, the photoreceptor layer contains a stilbene derivative having four enamine structures expressed by a specific formula as a hole transport agent.
