PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can form a high-precision lens array excellent in mechanical properties such as heat resistance and resistance to scuffing with high productivity. SOLUTION: The active energy radiation-curing composition comprises 40-90 pts.mass urethane di(meth)acrylate (A), 0-50 pts.mass urethane poly(meth)acrylate (B) having at least three (meth)acryloyl groups within a molecule, 10-40 pts.mass (meth)acryloyl group-containing compound other than components(A) and (B) and 0.01-5 pts.mass active energy radiation-sensitive radical polymerization initiator (D) (provided that the total of components (A)-(C) is 100 pts.mass) and yields a cured product having a Vickers hardness at 20°C of 12-25.
