<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a number of envelopes when a number of envelopes with RFID tag are stored and delivered in one storage box. <P>SOLUTION: PC 30 reads delivery information as data of a dispatch end of the storage box 10 from a center 3 using an ID number of RFID 11 stuck to the storage box 10 read by an RFID read scanner 20, and confirms whether or not all of information conform to each other by checking the delivery information with the information of two or more RFID 13 of every division number read by the RFID read scanner 20. In the case of non-conformity, loss, picking or failure of the RFID tag 13 is considered, so the data of the dispatch end is checked on what is the division number having the envelope 12 (ID number of RFID13), the actual envelope 12 of the concerned division number is visually confirmed, and the result of confirmation is transmitted from the PC 30 to the center 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
