<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the provision of falsified document data to safely manage the document data in a state that the document data allows the use of a third party. <P>SOLUTION: In a document data provision process, a data processing part confirms whether or not there is a risk that the document data are falsified on the basis of an electronic certificate and an electronic signature added with the document data designated by a user-authenticated acquisition user. When a hash value obtained by decrypting the electronic signature by a public key included in the electronic certificate accords with a hash value of the document data themselves, it is decided that the document data are not falsified. Next, the data processing part generates the document data incorporated with hidden character information embossed when performing printing, outputs them to a printer, and makes the printer print a document including the hidden character information.
