PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention camera video image storage/management system capable of setting a location name easily even when the inside of an elevator cage is supervised and its video image file is managed. SOLUTION: The crime prevention camera video image storage/management system comprises a crime prevention camera 2, a video image recorder 3 including a storage 32 for storing its video signal as a video image file along with its attributes and capable of reading/writing the video image file and its attributes in response to an operation command, a section 7 for receiving the video image file and its attributes for the video image recorder externally by wireless and transmitting the video image file and its attributes read out from the video image recorder externally by wireless, and a portable terminal 5 including an operation switch for inputting the operation command of the video image recorder, a section 53 performing wireless transmission/reception with the transmitting/receiving section 7 and a storage 54 for storing the video image file and receiving the operation command and its attributes through the transmitting/receiving section 53 wherein the attributes in the video image file of the video image storage 3 include at least a location name which is prestored in the video image storage 3.
