PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trace output control method and a trace system, allowing output of necessary trace information to a trace file with a minimum scale and in a minimum time. SOLUTION: An AP server 10 mutually connected with a browser 90 executes a plurality of transactions 19 in each request from the browser 90. Each the transaction 19 has a trace buffer 21, and temporarily stores the whole trace information about the transaction. The trace information is transferred to the trace file 30 at a different output level on the basis of a transaction completion code, and a trace information retrieval/extraction processing part 31 enables retrieval/extraction of the trace information.
