FIXING BELT AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing belt contributing to the miniaturization of an image forming apparatus, and the image forming apparatus equipped with the fixing belt. SOLUTION: The fixing belt is provided with: an annular belt base material; an elastic body layer winding round the center part in a width direction on the surface of the belt base material and holding a recording medium with a predetermined member in between; adhesive layers winding round both end parts on the surface of the belt base material; and reinforcing layers winding round both end parts on the surface of the belt base material while the back surfaces are brought into contact with the surfaces of the adhesive layers and having higher strength than the elastic body layer.
