SOLUTION: The X-ray detection part is divided into many fine regions, and the intensity of the X-ray entering the X-ray detection part is determined in each fine region, and it is determined whether the X-ray entering each fine region is a detection object or not by paying attention to the X-ray intensity determined in each fine region of the X-ray detection part. Namely, the X-ray intensity used as a reference for discriminating whether the X-ray entering each fine region is a detection object or not is set beforehand, and when the intensity of the X-ray entering the fine region shows a larger value than the X-ray intensity set as the discrimination reference, it is determined that the X-ray entering the fine region is not a detection object, and the X-ray data are removed.
