PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device of an electric lock capable of simply mounting the electric lock without making any mounting damage in a door, for the electric lock for locking and unlocking by electrically driving a lock device mounted to the door in advance. SOLUTION: The mounting device of the electric lock 30 comprises a mounting plate 54 provided with a positioning plate 55 abutting on the upper side of a lock box and one side and a mounting screw lever 58 capable of being moved for adjustment in the vertical direction, both of which are provided to a mounting plate body 54a. A mounting screw 68 inserted from a mounting hole 31d is screwed in the mounting screw lever 58 to temporarily stop a body case 31 after the back side of the mounting plate 54 is bonded to the inside of the door in the vicinity of a lock device, positions in the vertical direction of the body case 31 are adjusted in a temporarily stopping state to properly fit an attachment 36 fitted to an interlocking gear 34 to a thumb-turn of the lock device, and then the mounting screw is finally screwed in to fix the body case 31 and a cover 32 is put on the body case 32.
