PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a collectively transmitted running torque applied to a drum of a winch of which weight is increased following the increase of weight and craning of a crane and increase of the speed of lifting, and to reduce torsion acting on the drum. SOLUTION: The winch comprises the drum, a motor, and a speed reduction means which is disposed between the drum and motor and transmits the rotation of the motor to the drum. The drum has different motors on both sides in the axial center direction of a rotating shaft, the drum and the motors are arranged on the same axial center of the rotating shaft, and rotations of the motors are transmitted to both sides of the drum.
