PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming beverage dispensing cock which dose not allow a beverage in a foamed state to remain and does not cause dribbling. SOLUTION: A cock body 20 is provided with a liquid dispensing nozzle 23 and a foam dispensing nozzle 24 which communicate with an inner hole 21 of the cock body 20. An annular groove 25 for making the foaming beverage flow in the foamed state is formed at a position opposite to a foam dispensing hole of the foam dispensing nozzle 24 in the inner hole 21. A sleeve 42 provided with an opening 42b at a position opposite to the annular groove 25 is inserted into the inner hole 21 of the cock body 20. A foam dispensing valve element 46 leaves a foam dispensing valve seat 47 in the sleeve 42. The foaming beverage in the foamed state jetted from a slender through-hole 46a of the foam dispensing valve element 46 passes through the opening 42b and the annular groove 25 which are located in the opposite position, and the foaming beverage in the foamed state is dispensed into a beverage container through the foam dispensing nozzle 24.
