PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo facility capable of automatically, efficiently, and always accurately performing cargo work suitable for a load. SOLUTION: The vehicle body 2 side of a cargo vehicle 1 is provided with a driving wheel 3, operation sections 8 and 11, a control means 40 of the driving wheel or the operation sections, a receiving means 50 which can face a specific information transmitting body 71 disposed in the load 70 and is connected to the control means, and a transceiver 55 which is connected to the control means and performs information communication between it and an information managing means 60 on the ground side. A plurality of control programs are built in the control means. Information by load is previously inputted into the information managing means, specific information A obtained by the receiving means is transmitted from the transceiver to the information managing means, and then the information (a) by load based on the specific information is transmitted from the information managing means to the control means via the transceiver. Thus, a specific control program corresponding to the information by load is recognized by the control means, the driving wheel and the operation sections can be controlled based on it, and the cargo work suitable for the load can be performed automatically, efficiently, and always accurately.
