PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device effectively preventing a fraud of opening a storage case and secretly changing a control element, allowing a repair and maintenance of a board and a check of the control element by easily opening the storage case, and eliminating an error in a monitoring operation. SOLUTION: The storage case C of the control device 1 is provided with an IC (integrated circuit) tag 26 and a monitoring unit 74 with a band 80 wound around the outer circumference of the storage case C without any slack, and an antenna 32 inside the monitoring unit 74 is opposed to the IC tag 26. A lead wire of the antenna is laid across the rear face of the band 80 from the base end to the tip of the band, folded back at the tip and extended to the base end. The interval between the lead wires is an approximately 1.0 mm and is so adjusted to become approximately 0.011 time the length from the base end to the fold of the lead wire.
