A multifunctional system has a series of circuits which are distributed to different parts of the building, in which all are commanded from a central unit (1). A voice installation unit (2) controls the audio signals and signals which concern the communication of information between an outer- and inner-plate, an electronic learning unit (3) stores the characteristics of each user in which the characteristic of the system is matched to its requirements. A consumer control unit (4) is provided and a receiver connecting unit (5), includes the whole audio system and the dual connection between the system and a remote receiver, a replay unit (6) is provided, and a pulse meter unit (7) controls the electrical domestic equipment, lighting and other services via the system. A telephone control unit is provided with handsfree function and a loudspeaker control unit of the receiver and transmitter automatically regulates the intensity of the transmitter and receiver.
